I ordered the pre-fabricated house Mari from Seve. I have several vivid memories from the construction time. One of them is connected with building the foundation. My house is located in the middle of pine trees and a bit away from the road and my wish was that the house would be constructed without harming the trees. Seve’s constructors handled it very well – they brought such a concrete pump that is usually used for making high-rise buildings, I think. Anyway, the concrete pipes towered above the pines of the Nõmme district and the job was done without harming any trees. I am very pleased with the house and all the seven years I have lived there have been great. And what’s most important – the house is very warm!

I got in contact with Seve after a recommendation from a friend who had used Seve for building his cottage and who was very happy with the delivery. I also ordered a cottage from them and it came out just like I had expected. But the one thing I would like to emphasize is the fact that they didn’t only built my cottage, which is located 1300 km from their factory, but they also came to do the small warranty work to the cottage a year after its completion from the same distance. And due to that I am also recommending Seve to my friends and family for their construction projects.
